4 Elements of Decision Making:
A New Perspective and Fresh Approach

What is the cost of not being able to be make decisions from a place of clarity?

In business you could say your success depends on the quality and often times the speed of the decisions you make, and one of the biggest reasons the executives I work with struggle when making decisions is not that they don’t have enough information but they have an unresolved inner conflict that is keeping them stuck.

There are many things you can learn about in the study of decision making. What has become clear when working with executives is the struggle to make important decisions often causes them tension and anxiety, and this stress is triggered because parts of them are in conflict about making the ‘right’ choice and they find themselves living in turmoil, stuck between the tension of these opposing parts. They feel uncomfortable and out of balance and they lose the clarity it takes to make confident choices. We are all familiar with this feeling of discomfort and chaos that decision making can cause and the desire to bring peace to that struggle.

You may think the solution to making the right decision will come if you look harder for the answer, but what I've seen is the clarity it takes to make critical decisions comes when you shift your energy from 'the search' for the right answer and focus it on resolving the conflict with your opposing parts.

By working with Coly, you will learn and experience the 4 elements to this new perspective and fresh approach to decision making that will bring the needed clarity to your decision making process. Call or email Coly to set up a complimentary introduction session.

Coly Vulpiani consults with individuals in business and provides customized training and facilitation to groups and organizations ranging from men's groups and progressive spiritual congregations to nonprofits and corporations. He works closely with organizers to develop a special event, or a series of events, that meet the particular needs and support the specific goals of an organization. Some of the themes he has explored to date include:

The New Reality: Expanded Consciousness
in the Workplace

Many of us seek a more balanced and richer experience in our professional life, and there is no question that our personal relationships and our health and well-being are deeply affected by our connection to our work-life, the meaning that work provides, and the degree of self-expression and selfactualization we find in our work. Tap into a larger understanding of your soul's purpose, and learn the practical and brilliantly simple ways you can explore and express your higher consciousness in your work.

The Inner Dialogue With Employees, Colleagues
and Clients at Work

Anyone who works in high-touch professions can benefit enormously from being more aware of his or her internal dynamics, and those of employees, colleagues and clients. Those who are best at what they do are usually also proficient communicators and problem-solvers, professionals who are aware of their own tendencies and responses, and who are observant and nuanced in their ability to relate to others. Working closely with your organization, we can design a workshop specifically to help you see work-related situations more clearly, and react more peacefully and productively in order to increase success of every kind. We'll help you plan important upcoming interactions and practice the tools that provide you with a larger perspective and a more sophisticated set of responses.
