Discussion Board > Gratitude

It is always with deep gratitude that I choose to witness and participate in the complimentary Thursday evening tele-classes that Coly offers. Last night, I sat with gratefulness for M. and J. who shared how Coly's assistance has deepened their spiritual path and allowed them to choose differently, alternately working on their own and calling Coly in between. Like M., Coly helped me identify a large caretaker pattern some time ago, which led to finding "not good enough" and then, as we dug deeper together, lots of shame. I felt appreciation last night that I could hold the space and remember and integrate more. Thank you, Coly, for continuing to hone ways to assist each of us, separately, and that touches all of us as a group of willing souls.

Yes Amy, it is truly wonderful and amazing that we can learn so much from each other. I realize now, after having done a good amount of Voice Dialogue work in the past, and then going for a time without actively participating in group work, that I forget. Like you, when I sit in on another's facilitation, I remember again, and am given a chance to hold space and integrate more. It is clear to me that it is best for me to always remain connected with Voice Dialogue in one form or another, so that I will always remember to stay connected with all of those selves.
